Terms of Service

1. The service

JiniAI lets you generate, preview, edit, and deploy websites and web apps from natural-language prompts and uploaded files, optionally generating images for your projects. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use JiniAI.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use JiniAI to create, generate, request, or host:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes others’ intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual content involving minors.
• Content that is hateful, harassing, violent, or that promotes self-harm or terrorism.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates or defames real people.
• Malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or anything intended to deceive, harm, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Adult/sexually explicit imagery, or other content prohibited by our payment provider or applicable law.

Image-generation prompts are automatically screened by content moderation; prompts that are flagged or denied are blocked. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Your content & AI output

You retain ownership of the content you submit. As between you and us, you own the websites and outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms and the rights of third-party tools and assets used. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display your content to operate the service.

AI output may be inaccurate, may resemble other works, and is provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring your use of it is lawful and appropriate before publishing.

5. Wishes, plans & payments

Some features consume “wishes” (credits) or require a paid plan. Payments and subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to Creem’s terms in addition to these.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Wishes and consumed/used credits are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for billing errors can be made within 14 days by contacting info@jiniai.app.
• Prices and plan limits may change with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The JiniAI name, brand, software, and platform are owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or platform code beyond using the service as intended.

7. Termination

You may stop using JiniAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

JiniAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JiniAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JiniAI’s operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
