Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords). If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive your email and basic profile from that provider.
• Content you create— the prompts, chat messages, uploaded files, and projects (“Lamps”) you generate, so we can build, store, and display them for you.
• Billing data — when you purchase a subscription or wishes, payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem). We receive your subscription status and a customer reference; we do not store your full card number.
• Usage & technical data — log data, IP address, device/browser type, and feature usage, used for security, rate limiting, and improving the service.

2. How we use your data

• To provide, operate, and maintain the JiniAI service.
• To generate websites and images from your prompts (see §3 on AI providers).
• To process payments, subscriptions, and wish balances.
• To secure the platform — authentication, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and content moderation.
• To respond to your support requests and send service emails.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing & content moderation

To generate sites and images, the prompts and content you submit are sent to our AI sub-processors (e.g. Google Cloud Vertex AI / Gemini). Prompts submitted to image generation are screened by an automated content-moderation service before processing, to detect and block prohibited content. We do not use your private project content to train third-party foundation models.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us run JiniAI:

• Creem — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
• Google Cloud — AI generation and infrastructure.
• Hosting & email providers — to run the service and send transactional email.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of JiniAI and its users. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can delete projects at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access tokens, and isolated (sandboxed) execution of generated apps. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@jiniai.app.

8. Children

JiniAI is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
